  Dirty and smelly facilities specially at the elevator, the floor is raw metal and already corroding, maybe the floor will collapse in a few months due to corrosion. Small TV with very limited channels. Their glasses for drinks are dirty, it's very visible!! The only good in this hotel is it's beach front

  I will not recommend this if you vacationer like we did. We weren't treated nicely by front desk agent. Boracay is for foreigner if you aren't local they will not pay attention to you.

  Save your money and go somewhere else. I'd give this place no star at all if I could. When we stayed here in May 2017; it all went down the drain as soon as we checked in. They couldn't find our reservation that we booked online. The front desk guy not only asked for me and my husbands I.D. but also my kids I.D's. When I informes him that my kids didn't have any ID. He then asked for school IDs. I said no they dont ( my kids are 4yrs old and 9yrs old) he said in a very sarcastic way "dont they have a school where you guys came from?". The guy didnt apologize. I asked for the manager. Manager didn't do anything about it. Crappy people! The room they put us in was in the very corner at the 4th floor with no views at all. The window was useless. It was a view of another building wall that's 2 feet away. I could go on and on. Just don't do it to save yourself the headache of having to deal with crappy people!

  Room accommodation is clean. Beautiful location right at the beachfront of Station 3. Great access to buy souvenirs at the market behind it.

  Very friendly service. Great location near station 3. Has a new bar and awesome bar tender. Will come back for the 3rd time.

  If you like a cold plunge upon exiting your room, this is your spot. Rooms are clean and you have access to sta3 markets behind the hotel.
  And the chinese buffet brekky is pretty cool.
  Price is ok and will definitely book myself here again.

  The hotel pool is very nice but not big enough. Some leaking problems in the hotel and front desk looks a bit old and shabby. The rooms are Ok but it is right in front of the beach. However, there are many hotels in Boracay that are right in front of the beach. I would still recommend this place
