Avoid this hospital! They demand upfront payment for all services. Upon learning that we intended to seek DSWD assistance for my mother's hospital expenses, they became uncooperative. We reluctantly provided a cash advance of 50k, but they refused to consider excluding it from our bill for DSWD assessment. MGA WALANG PUSO!!!

Response times are unacceptable, even in an emergency. Prepayment and only cash is required in advance of receiving treatment or medication. Prescribed medications are often expensive or unavailable, forcing family members to seek help from outside sources. Unsanitary restrooms. The billing staff was rude, slow, and unhelpful. Worst hospital experience.

Not accommodating at all, They won't accept you if you don't have money even in an emergency situation, Nurses and guards even laugh and talk about you! Lack of nurses and emergency moves especially on the ER! NO AVAILABLE AMBULANCE! 😡😡😡

the patient's billing paper is passed on until the cut off is reached,it takes too long to process the papers so the patient cannot release and pinapalaki nila ang patient’s bill😡

Is this a private hospital? I don't think so
Bcoz not all nurses are very accomodating and response in a good way they make you feel to please and begging for what you need and assistance. Very slow service.. you pay for room and everything but just a bed sheet and linen was always limited. Also pillow theres no pillow here.. actually my mom admit at this time im so angry pero kaya ko pa kontrolin . But once na may mangyari sa mother ko at kapabayaan nila ay ewan ko nalang... 😥report this review -

Not so good customer service. Nurses and other staffs are not so accomodating. They'll make you feel that you are begging for assistance, from the Pharmacy, to billing, to HMO/Philhealth, to Nurses who are just sleeping in the Nurse Station specially on night shifts. Yung tipong ikaw na lang mahihiya humingi ng tulong sa kanila kasi parang ang bigat sa loob nilang mag-assist! Will never go back to this hospital.
