I am really old. This place is already up for more than 3 decades now and it is older than me. The place improved since then, added a few menu and a good venue for a meeting or a family event (debut?).

Had dinner with friends Sunday evening. They were busy this evening, more customers then I have seen before. The frief chicken was very crispy. No soggy skin on this bird.

Mar 5, 2017 Took my friend here for a birthday lunch. Fried whole chicken was excellent. Not greasy. Also had Pork Vegetable Choy Suey and ice tea. Only customers for lunch. Busier in evening and weekends.

Stayed at Big Foot from 2 August through 16 August 2016. I give the stay 3 stars, higher for the restaurant, lower for the room, so an average of 3. I can't really complain about the stay based on the value, being on the bus line, and having easy access to tricycle for transport.

The good stuff - friendly staff and a central place for getting around. The food at the restaurant was very good. The cost of the room was reasonable for the stay. The negatives - A room is just a room, but for US visitor, you should know there is no hot water, just cold water. Also, be okay with lizards and ants :). The bar next to Bigfoot has live music Friday and Saturday, it is super loud till early AM.

So if you use the room just to sleep and shower, you have a great place with easy access to the beaches and at a huge rate difference, along with ability to explore San Antonio, Casa San Miquel, Iba, Olongapo, and Subic.

Amazing Food and friendly people. First thing you don't want to miss is to order their home made pizza! Not just ordinary pizza but with mayo! Had you tried that before? The most popular dish they have are the crispy pata,Nilagang Baka and fried chicken which I will recommend you to order if you are with kids and surely they will eat everything on their plate. I am not sure if they revise their menu as I was able to experience the gastronomic delicacies of Bigfoot Restaurant in Zambales when it was two years ago. I am planning to visit the restaurant again this year and hoping for an enticing and surprise dishes made specially by them. I would recommend you try to visit the restaurant and stay in their lounge, if you are planning to stay for few days in Anawangin Beach. Which the location of the Bigfoot Restaurant is in the main highway of San Antonio Zambales. Local community can be ask of the location and they will surely direct the way how to find it. If you happen to see the owner named Tita Marci you will be entertained with personalized service like your mom's home cook meal with a touch of class. Thanks to the son James Walter who is very innovative and thinking about the future of the family business which will become legacy for sure...
