  Current renovations are badly affecting the place. You don't realize the extent until you finally get to the hotel. They could have given guests a better experience by closing down and finishing the renovations faster rather than having it run for so long. There's scaffolding and boards up pretty much everywhere and a lot of amenities are either unavailable or not operating optimally.
  
  The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. The beds are larger than usual (queen), which is a huge bonus. WiFi could be faster, but the connection is consistent. The pool is also a good size and the beachfront is well layed out, with little cot/pods.
  
  The beach itself is not ideal to swim in - there's seaweed and sea grass immediately in the water.
  
  I asked to arrange for airport transfer, and was told it's not available. They shouldn't advertise a service if they don't have it.
  
  Once they finally finish the renovations, I think this hotel will shine.

  Affordable and accommodating. If you plan to visit the resort at the moment, know that they are undergoing renovations in select areas. The resort provides you with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, a soap and bathroom towels. Come early especially if you have a private vehicle because the carpark has smaller space due to construction. Their swimming pools are not so deep. There is also a separate pool for kids. 😊 ❤❤❤

  Under renovation. Service is generally good but amenities are not available at the moment. The food was very, very good. We ate breakfast four times and had at least three other meals at the temporary venue of salt restaurant. I liked everything we ate. One negative thing I remember well was I had trouble booking airport transfers. I booked over the phone but on the day of my arrival, I called to remind them and they hadn't prepared our airport transfer yet. On my way out it was the same. The renovation looks promising. I think the place will be wonderful when it's done. I also appreciated the freebies and upgrades they gave to compensate for the lack of amenities.

  Current renovations have turned hotel into a disaster. Rooms have been refreshed but lack 4 star amenities. Staff are friendly but unhelpful and at times appear either unkempt or disgustingly dirty. Kitchen staff eat in front of hotel guests and wipe eyes or blow nose in aprons. Beach area lacks any of the amenities advertised or pictured online. Hotel staff do not offer service in the beach area and we were advised to climb the stairs to the pool and ask the lifeguard if we wanted a drink etc. Do not book. There are other hotels that are more than worth the little extra cost. THIS IS NOT A RESORT. DONT BE FOOLED.

  We were surprised that the advertised "nearby construction work" was actually at the hotel. The beach was fine for sunbathing and just chlling, so long as you can tune out the construction work noise. The water was clear enough with lots if sea grass, so if you have sensitive feet, you might want to wear flip-flops or water shoes.
  Our room was spacious and comfortable with great lighting. The shower however was a little troublesome. With soapy hands, the shower handles became too slippery to grip and turn. Also, the on-off control is the same dial as the temperature control. We cannot therefore have a cold but strong shower.
  Once the renovations are done - and the infinity pool is operational again - relaxing here would be so much better.

  Charges quite a fee, near 1000 pesos per pax, for access to the beach facing the hotel. It does include lunch though, but it would be nice if it offered a lower entry fee just for access to the beach. Lobby area is is quite arid and had flies flying about when I was there.

  Place is nice, can be good for large venue but you are not allowed to use the ameneties when having large corporate activity. Considering some resorts allow you to use ameneties as complementary service like vistamar. Although they give you one night stay as complementary for choosing the resort as a venue for the corporate activity. Food is not that great just like a casino hotel located in near the i.t park.

  The place is not that big but it is beautiful and clean..foods are great and we really enjoyed it we had a 4 course meal and it is all very good.

  This was an incredible disappointment. Room was always too cold. Now I have a nasty head cold upon return home. There's construction going on so noisy during the day. Tv sucked. It's like a motel 6 on the beach
