Bangsamoro Professionals Mapping - BPM

The BMP is a program under the Human Resource Mapping (HRM) of the Human Resource Development component of the CCDP-B aims to identify available potential human resources of the Bangsamoro.

The objectives of HRM are first,To identify professionals and other potential human resources who are willing to voluntarily support the Bangsamoro Government, second To sort out various levels of human resources, namely: top-management, middle-level, and front-line personnel among the identified human resources, and third To equip professionals with knowledge needed.

All Bangsamoro, including Indigenous People, and other political entity settling and born in the defined territory of the Bangsamoro can register. The Bangsamoro Professionals Mapping is only intended to gather and analyse data of the Bangsamoro Professionals with the help of the database. The activities involved do not promote recruitment or job hiring for any position.

The Bangsamoro Transition Commission will lead the conduct of the HRM starting on April-November 2014.
