I went to this place to exchange some money. Their rate was lower than international rate but anyway, I didn't have cash, so I had to change some. The teller asked for a valid ID. I gave her my passport. Then she looked at me and asked for another valid ID. I told her that it is the most valid ID to enter countries and you don't need a second valid ID but she insisted with no second ID there will be no exchange. Really???? A traveller got just a passport and that is enough to enter any country as long as he gets the visa but can not exchange money just because you think you are more accurate than the immigration department of your own country?
