It was frustrating to transact with this agency. People are not nice and accommodating. They do not care about the people they are serving. They even laugh at you on your back and tell themselves that you will go back again and again with more requirements.

You ask how, you get only a piece of the requirements. You go back with the requirement and they will ask for more that was not even asked on your first visit.

One of the worst government office I visited. I arrived 7AM in the morning to be first in line and yeah I was there first they have like four lines for four different transactions and I am first on my line, they are suppose to be open at exactly 8AM yet they let us in 8:45AM. Dirty and stinky recieving area.

The office is as efficient as it can muster. The space is packed with people lining up. The front is full of parked cars. At the end, the officer told us we can file the ITR online. 🙈 We asked if this can be done in other RDOs, he said not all. Like whyyyy?

This office has already transferred to Seacrest Bldg, 55 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave, Pasay, 1300 Kalakhang Maynila. A block away from Roxas Blvd. Beside East West Bank.

The building was under construction when it opened. Nothing new in the waiting system. The e-portals weren't there. It could have been better. No parking space for the public. Not wheelchair accessible
