General Objectives:
1. To prepare, conduct formation programs for lay liturgical ministers.
2. To answer inquiries on liturgical guidelines.
3. To take charge of Archdiocesan Liturgical celebrations.

Objectives of the Programs of Formation:
1. To provide common basic orientation before the ministers are commissioned.
2. To ensure the annual on-going formation of the duly commissioned ministers.
3. To provide common spiritual formation and liturgical education to the ministers based on the doctrines of the Church and the recent liturgical norms.
4. To coordinate the formation of the liturgical ministers in the Archdiocese of Manila in the name of all the priests so that the latter can dedicate more time to other pastoral concerns.
5. To enable the ministers to meet their peers from different parishes of the same district.
