The mythical coliseum, host of the legendary ” thrilla in Manila” fight and many more, definitely need to check that out!
Love Novotel. An array of food during breakfast buffet
At night, the stretch of General Malvar Avenue is illuminated by these colorful lanterns. Starting from the corner of General Aguinaldo Avenue, where Isetann is located, all the way to a series of restaurants before reaching the corner of General Romulo Avenue. Such a captivating sight!
I have seen how the Araneta center has been transformed from the run down area into a beautiful modern place that people can enjoy.
Needs to connect gateway/araneta center to the rest of the shopping centers. Provincial bus station needs to be relocated elsewhere. Point to point buses will be a good replacement. Aurora blvd has to be "fixed", with organized jeep terminals and bright lighting.
The center of cubao. The facilities are great. It is connected to mrt to and farmers plaza. The CR is good, even the free one. The foodcourt contains a wide variety of stores. The supermarket here contains a good amount of imported products.
It's like living in your own city. It's got everything there. The only thing that may bother you is the number of people passing through here due to its being the center of transportation. The traffic is challenging, too. It's better to take the bus, jeep, or metro instead.
This terminal is great, air-conditioned and cozy. By far the best provincial bus terminal here in Manila
This would have been higher if not for the heavy traffic you need to face to get here. That aside, this really is a one-stop shop that caters to most of my needs.
It's got everything you got. Surprisingly, it feels safer now. Took my Segway and roamed at 4am. Felt safe.
Good location, not so crowd and there's a lot of different malls and types of people around the area from high to low end class thing... A good play to go shopping and to dine. Normal ambiance from inside to outside.
Araneta Center has great shopping and dining experience. From afforable to luxurious brands can be found. Dining is also an ease with a lot to choose from. Asian, Western cuisine, name it! It shouldn't be hard to find. They even have a wet and dry market!
A one-stop shop for shopping! Name it! Whatever you need is right here. It consists of several malls offering several things. If you're on a budget, Farmer's plaza is the mall to go to. They have cheap clothes, electronics and whatnot. But if you want classy stuff, go to Gateway mall as they sell popular branded stuff.
Though I haven't seen Araneta Center without a crowd, I can honestly say the place rocks and will always be in my list of favorite hang-outs. There's always a store or nook for every Tom, Dick, or Harry: be it restos, cafes, bars, entertainment center, mall, groceries, bus terminal -- name it, Araneta Center has it! Gateway added to the showcase, as well as other must-sees like Art in Island. I'll surely recommend it to friends and family.
