Yes it's true what other reviewers say about the early check in policy but my review differs in that the staff is wonderful! Super accommodating and seem hamstrung by hotel management policies.

Quiet entrance nice place but hotel staff are ' cold ' !!! Travelled for 4 hours arrived at the hotel an hour and 15 minutes before check in time. We were told our room is ready but we're not able to go unless we pay PhP 500 !!! What happen to the ' more fun in the Philippines ', eh?
