Great location and the room is roomy. Enjoyed my stay here and it is only about 5 minutes from walking street. I believe it would be a 5 to 10 minute walk to the SM mall as well. The staff is very nice.
The only thing is there is a bar right next to the hotel. If you are not a heavy or late sleeper the loud music that plays up until 1-3am every night this place may not work for you. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me at all.

I recently enjoyed a stay in the hotel,I was with both my wife and baby daughter,we did enjoy our stay especialy for the daughter,she enjoyed the evening view from the room window,seeing angeles city lit up like a christmas tree,and it was a comfortable room,hot running water,staff very good and all well priced.and the place was clean'
