  This is the first dog hospital I've ever been to. My pup suffered from Parvo and i felt nearly hopeless, but after spending several days in confinement, receiving treatments /care from doctors , nurse and staff, my pup is now showing signs of recovery. If they are not good and professional enough, I could've lost my beloved pet. I've been visiting my pet for several days now and I can see same faces of people doing their jobs passionately. The doctors were kind to us and assisted us immediately. Everyday they would text me the progress of my pet. They also allowed me to visit even if they are closed for the new year. They are very considerate. If there is one thing that i would like to improve, it would be the facility. They need upgrade. They need a bigger place because they have many clients. A bigger lobby so everyone can have a seat while waiting. They need to use computer technology for logging patients records, bill, etc. Nurse/Receptionists can cater more clients if they are not writing receipts manually. They need a bigger area for confined dogs. A new set of stainless crate would be nice too. My dog used a rusty one, and i have no choice. It would also boost them if they have a website and app. So pet owners can see the records and progress of their pet from there.

  Just called at 11:20pm supposedly to tell them to wait for us since according to website, they're open till 12am. The person who answered asked if we already have a record. I explained that our regular vet's clinic is closed but we need to bring our dog right away. She explained to me the rates, etc. 5k after 12am. And told me to go back to our regular vet instead if our dog is still responsive. After discussing this with my partner, it was the guard who answered this time. I was pissed because he said that they're only up 6:30pm. I said no, because according to your website, business is open until 12:30. Then he said, "Pag emergency lang po ma'am." I wanted to answer: Bakit kaya ako tatawag ng ganitong oras kung hindi emergency? So i just asked if we can buy medicine from them. He said no. So, goodbye Pedragon Vet Clinic. Forever. I just felt that you don't care. Won't even recommend you to my friends.
