AMOROMA ( it means "I love Rome") is an authentic Italian restaurant, also rated in the "Best Kept Restaurants Secrets Guide" and "Yummy". It has been reviewed on several newspapers, magazines and blogs.

It has been founded by Mr. Nino Mastropietro in 2001 in Alabang (Manila), then after eight years of incredible success it moved to found more space and a stunning view in front of Lake Taal in Tagaytay.

The menu of AMOROMA is mainly taken from the Roman tradition and all its dishes are instantly prepared in the kitchen using only fresh and authentic ingredients from Italy such as mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, extra virgin olive oil, truffle, prosciutto.
Fresh pasta like the traditional fettuccine is handmade everyday, as well as bread and focaccia.
Not to mention the famous pizza of AMOROMA, according to many customers the best in the Philippines, made in a real wood fired brick oven: a true rarity in this country and the secret of real Italian taste.

Desserts are also freshly prepared daily, such as the Tiramisu.

Mr. Nino Mastropietro was able to transfer his love for Italy and his knowledge of Italian food to his wife Pholie, and then to all the staff which is perfectly trained to prepare and serve one of the highest quality real Italian food in the Philippines.

AMOROMA is also a Bed and Breakfast with its 8 rooms and a terrace viewing the lake.
