HOUSE RULES:

1. SMOKING inside the room is strictly prohibited.

2. Additional charges will be applied if occupants will extend for an hour.

3. We strictly follow the maximum capacity of guest per room.

4. Bonfire is prohibited.

5. Illegal weapons & illegal drugs are prohibited inside the house.

6. Lost of your room keys has an additional charge. Always surrender the key at the counter everytime you leave the room.

7. Deposits - guest could leave their valuables expect money and other important gadgets or jewelries. Ask for assistance and demand for an acknowledgement receipt before leaving.

8. Losses/Damages - homestay personnel assumes the right to check any lost/damaged items inside the room and homestay before the guest check-out. If there's any, it will automatically be charged to the occupant.

9. Please turn off lights and aircon everytime you leave the room.

We need a DEPOSIT for your RESERVATION thru our BPI account. Please leave a message on the phone numbers given above.

ROOM#1
Air-conditioned. Good for 3-6 persons. 1 bed room w/ 2 extra foams. CR at the center of 2 rooms. Free use of gas stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils.

ROOM#2
Air-conditioned. Good for 3-6 persons. 1 bed room w/ 2 extra foams. CR at the center of 2 rooms. Free use of gas stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils.

ROOM#1 and 2
Both Air-conditioned. Good for 6 persons/room (maximum of 12 persons only!). 2 bed rooms w/ 4 extra foams. CR at the center of 2 rooms. Free use of gas stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils.
