AgLAEA Terms and Conditions:

All branded items posted are authentic. All Pandora items are brand new and bought in The Netherlands. We bought them on sale so please do not expect that they come with complete inclusions like items bought from the boutique. We make it an effort though, to provide our buyers with what we can provide so please be considerate enough also with your demands. All Tiffany & Co items are pre-loved and from Japan. For items still in Japan, we require a non-refundable reservation fee, to be deducted from the total price of the item/s.

To reserve an item, we require a non-refundable down payment of 30% of the total price. The balance of which should be paid within a month (or when the item is on hand - in the case of Tiffany & Co jewelries), or what will be agreed upon by the buyer and AgLAEA.

Shipping fee (with insurance) is to be shouldered by the buyer.

Layaway is possible from 3 - 6 months (with interest).

All sales are deemed final. We implement the no return, no exchange policy, unless the item/s is/are damaged. Kindly read all the details and make the necessary inquiries before sending us the payment.

All prices posted are for cash payments only. Buyers who wish to pay via PayPal are requested to pay an additional 5% of the total amount to cover PayPal charges. For cash payments, deposits may me made through BPI, BDO or Metrobank.

Kindly send us a copy of the deposit slip or a proof of transaction for online fund transfers through viber, facebook, or our email address aglaea2014@gmail.com. We will have your order/s delivered as soon as we receive proof of payment.

Payment deposited before cut-off time means item/s can be expected to arrive the next day (earliest) or two days after (latest), excluding Holidays and Sundays. Tracking numbers will be provided once the item/s is/are shipped.

Delays in delivery are no longer in our hands. We can only assist you in following up your order/s with the courier so please be fair and respectful when problems like these arise because we also do not want them to happen.
