  We'd like to inform you that we won't be taking your service on the way back to the airport for the following reasons:
  1. Your driver came late, 45 minutes to be exact.
  2. He kept going in circles thus spending an hour on the road just to drop us off at our hostel.
  3. He kept talking on the phone while driving, not taking into consideration the safety of his passengers.
  We are very disappointed with this service that we have decided to just take the train. It seems more convenient than the transfer when it should have been the other way around.
  This is our first trip as a family and I was hoping it would start our smoothly but it didn't . The service was really crappy and we wish you could find ways to improve it.
