  Mga Bastos! This may lang we went to Ataw to buy a weighing scale. I asked the lady guard from the 2nd floor where the weighing scale for humans to use(timbangan- para sa tao), the lady guard asked if its the one good for 40kg. I told her yung timbangan po para sa tao(since as far as i know that 40 something is for goods only hindi siya pwede sa tao), she keep on insisting na yung sa 40kg daw. Kaya nagtanong na kami sa staff then tinuro yung shelf. While approaching my fiance after choosing the weighing scale I needed, I saw the lady guard and some staff near him talking about something..nung nkalapit na ako tumahimik sila at nagsialisan bigla. Tsaka nila ako titignan ng up and down which is wala akong care. Nung nakaalis na kami ng fiance ko tsaka niya kinuwento yung nangyari na pinag uusapan pla ako nung mga staff lalo na yung lady guard. telling na "akala ko naman kung anong timbangan ang hinahanap niya.. timbangan pala ng elepante"-I wanted to approach those people kaso ayoko lang mapaaway at mukang lalaban. pls kung makainsulto kau tingin tingin din sa salamin. Sorry for the word pero "Yang itsura mo ateng guard walang wla sa akin! at least ako proportion at may muka. e ikaw? hindi ko madetermine kung san ka icacategorize, ". ;) Pakituruan mo staff nio na isara ang bibig nila at sarilinin nlng mga salitang hindi maganda na lumalabas sa mga bibig nila. thats not how you treat your customers. nakakhiya mga pag uugali nio.

  This morning went to your establishment at Km. 4 L.T.B. to ask if they will replace the shirts we bought yesterday(Sunday), so we ask your guard and your guard just say "wen basta adda j recibo" (only) not mentioning that we must drop and show the items and our receipt to your cashier down before going up to the third floor where my daughter got her shirts. So upon your guard checked my bag i and my daughter select some items at the first floor and leave them to your cashier before going up, when we were at the third floor i approach your 3 sales ladies so one of them assisted me in selecting, so when we return to your cashier and i show her the items and told that the two shirts will be replaced, and your cashier shows her angry face saying "haan you inbaga ditoy cashier"? so i just keep silence so upon paying i apologize to her saying sorry but when we were about to go out (the lady guard is checking our bag your cashier shout and say: Apay inbaga you aya nga isang at da dayta? the lady guard replied: Haan! what a shame in my part some of your customers staring at me as if i am thief!!!!!

  This place is low quality and service sucks as well. Wala po silang return policy? WOW! HIndi sila under ng batas ng Pilipinas.
