Staff at the reception of the hotel are very rude as they bully new staff. Not a good thing for a reputable hotel. This must stop and the management should look into it! And those bully staff should be sacked! 😡

Stayed here last dec 17, 2017.. price for a room is 3,825 a night.. i checked in evening already.. i was asking for a room with a mini fridge for a Christmas ham i bought, they said the cheaper room (w/c i think isn't cheap for almost 3k) has no ref in it so i agreed for the more expensive one. but they said bed is twin and not double. so i just agreed on the twin room. upon entering the room, i noticed the bed is kinda small, the room is DIMLY/POORLY lit, i have to manually plug in the ref.. too few channels on the tv and grainy.. no electric kettle and complementary coffee/tee just like in the other hotels with the same price or even quite cheaper that that. when i entered the room, i want to back out or request another room but my card has been swiped already and i am too tired to talk or move to another room.. then the next day when i was about to shower, alas, no hot water.. i mean for that price?? i'm not asking for too much, i'm just expecting that they provide the facility worth of the price paid..
for the staff, they were really nice.. no problem as well with the breakfast (pancake house).. parking is great.report this review -

Elegant and beautiful , clean and sorrounded by gardens and pools , with big parkings area . Situated in maharlika high way , baliwag bulacan good for both local and foreign guests

Great place hotel and resort for the whole family ,courteous staff clean and affordable for a day adventure, wave pool ,8 giant new slides kiddie pool ,Olympic pool it even has a food court ,pancake house and a mini stop nearby
