1 2 3 Lending Corporation started operations in March 2013 and quickly became the leading lender in Cebu City to the OFW market. Our early success was directly attributed to the highly experienced employees that joined us. We employ ten (12) people in our Cebu Office with a combined 40 years’ experience in local lending. We additionally enjoy the business expertise of our American Chairman who has 10 years in the Philippines and more than 30 years of international business experience as a Public Corporation Chief Executive and private business owner.

Our Manila Office
Our Manila office was opened beginning of January 2014 and we were fortunate to be able to staff that office also with a number of highly experienced employees. The Manila office located across from Robinson Mall in Ermita is very central to a large number of employment agencies. This location coupled with the experienced personnel employed there will ensure that we will be able to service a large number of clients needing financial assistance for their deployment.

Cagayan de Oro Office
We have extend our lending services to Mindanao with an office in Cagayan De Oro City beginning March, 2015. We believe our commitment to provide our clients with a higher level of friendly, efficient, service at competitive rates will continue to win us their support.

Of course, the key ingredient to our current and future success is our employees. We will always endeavor to provide them with a higher level of remuneration, a pleasant work environment, a commitment to respect and a successful business that provides an opportunity for personal growth and advancement.

Our goal is not to be the biggest lender to the OFW market. It is simply to be the BEST! We will do this by continuing to provide a Fast, Easy & Friendly Lending Service to our clients at rates that are affordable and reasonable.
