My Friend Mr. Ilu Kela was the toughest ever village policing officer found in the entire Tumbutu Valley when I visited the Tuna area as a young Local Government Officer. He was nicknamed "police dog" by colonial officials for his ability to trace and hunt down law breakers in the entire Tumbutu Valley. He made two to three trips Kelabo-Koroba in a day taking a person per trip to be locked up in Koroba police Cell. Very tough person he was and feared by all.

There are many like Mr Ilu who are still around Koroba Lake Kopiago Electorate who need to be recognized.
