    Bus Depot Planning Needed.

The current state of the oval is in dire need of strategic planning and development to transform it into a purposeful entity that transcends its current chaotic state. It is high time for the NCDC and MP for Moresby NE/NW/S to work collaboratively towards formulating a plan to establish a designated bus deport and create a circuit timetable for each route. Furthermore, the Market vendors that sell their wares beside the busses must be provided with an appropriate avenue to showcase their products. While several places are already available for this purpose, the prevalent ignorance of some people makes their utilization challenging. The Unagi oval holds immense potential for redevelopment into something highly beneficial, yet the time and nature of this transformation remain shrouded in mystery for both the residents of Gordon and those of POM.

There is no proper field, what is designed is over run by moving traffic - area is used a s public motor vehicle area. People tread the field as you play, I have the feeling that the players are self-conscious of the environment and don't give their all in the game.

Named in honour of the late David Unagi, this place has become an eyesore from the rubbish surrounding the place from the informal markets set up there. It has also become a tardy bus stop. Proper infrastructure should be built or at least initiatives should be made to in still some form of order there. It is also the perfect spot for thieves, pick-pocketers, bag snatchers and the like.

Just like the Jack Pidik park. It is an open empty space used for public gatherings and sport practice by various groups in the National Capital District.

A little improvement would do some good, for instance improving the lawn and putting up facilities for public use such as toilets, lockers and seats
