K'ville Foundation is a non-profit organization locally established for the Kivori villages in the Kairuku LLG, Central Province. The organization's establishment is carved out of the core development areas within the PNG government's MTDS 2010 – 2030 and aims to achieve the Papua New Guinea vision 2050. The vision and mission statements of the organization majors on the Kairuku LLG, Bereina district plans of improving and creating a sustainable Kivori and seeks to work in partnership with its Kairuku LLG office, Kairuku Open Member, government & private investors and other development partners to drive change and growth. The primary projects of developments; 1. Utilities ( Improving the clean water/sanitation/hygiene and installing rural solar powers) 2.Agriculture resourcing and Marine capacity building 3. Education infrastructure resourcing and capacity building 4. Youth and women's group resourcing and capacity building 5. Health centers resourcing and capacity buildingAmongst the projects mentioned, Agriculture and the marine sectors will be more focused and seen to play a pivotal role in initiating a cash flow economy which will in turn, trickle down effects of small to medium enterprise opportunities for locals to engage for subsistence earning. Thus, a vibrant subsistence economy stimulates a healthy, wealthy and poverty –free Kivori village, Kairuku and central Province. The organization identifies Youth, women and church groups as the structures that currently exist within Kairuku LLG units and villages. From this structure, there will be groups invited and trained under the organizations programs for health, agriculture and community policing as volunteers for the jobs and that will be seen as the organization's collaboration in areas of labor resource recruitment.
