Worst customer service imaginable, and at each time they surpass that and set new lower levels in support, their EPG tv guide either doesn't work or is wrong. There is absolutely no point in complaining as they do nothing. The symptom of a monopoly in Port Moresby. An absolute disgrace and I have had to suffer their piss poor service since 1985. if there was a zero star they would get it
