Custodio was established in 2014 as Israel Aerospace Industries' (IAI) cyber early warning R&D center in Singapore. In late 2016, Custodio Technologies was spun-off from Custodio, taking on the mantle of continuing Custodio's pioneering R&D work. Custodio became IAI's Cyber division's holding company, investing in several cutting-edge cyber technology companies, and is leading the division's APAC wide marketing business development effort.
