  What an amazing place to visit. This is a must stop and spend some time commemorating the fallen who served here during the Kokoda Trail campaign. The area has only been slightly cleared by the land owner and a simple but meaningful plaque sits upon the top of the Knoll known as Brigade Hill. Mission ridge lies upon its approach from the North and Menari is situated to the south from here. Gaksy is the land owner and is a really nice guy who keeps the area clean and in a state for us trekkers to pass through. Lest we forget.
