  Good place to shop but would rate 3stars all because of a lady with her poor customer service.
  My sister and I went to do hauskrai shopping the other time and because there was shopping bags in the vehicle which we forgot to take with us as we were rushing, we asked if they could pack the items in the box. The lady who was supposed to help pack walked off mumbling and said, "dress up good stret osem ol gat money na hard lo buym bag" she did not pack our stuff and walked off...the girl from the next counter came over to assist us and the security helped to give the box. Would've slapped her or worse but anyways we didn't have time for the devil. Please talk to your staff that customer service is very important. Not all are doin this but just educate them. Otherwise thank you to the beautiful lady who assisted us and the gentleman for the box. We will bring back that girl's box later.

  The spot is perfect. The car park is well designed for a successful parking lot. ATM is available, which is easy if the shopping is with cash payment. The moving space in the store is so big that it allows you to move freely even with trolley. It's a good place to shop because of its business location.

  Clean and fresh fruits and vegetables. Spacious carpark and helpful guards. The toilets are free and clean.

  Boroko Food world is in a good central location. Is slightly aged but clean and tidy and has the best selection of fresh food and groceries.

  On Saturday mornings they have a hot dog cart near the front door. They sell hotdogs for k4 . The money goes to charity. The hot dogs are great too. The close up around lunch time and by 1pm they are gone.

  Food world is a nice shop however they still owe me K82.50 from the last time I was there. They made a mistake by double charging me and still after 3 months no repayment done. U have given up

  Convenient Supermarket. No hassles when shopping but the checkout are quite slow during peak hours. The carpark is secure and the security personal are friendly and manage parking very well.

  Fruit and vege could be fresher. Foodworld waterfront has the freshest ingredients.
