Terrible treatment, they performed surgery on my brother and later when removing the drainage tube, the doctor was talking on the phone, chewing gum (all at the same time), it was rough and caused the bladder size to come out as well, having We had to intervene again in the operating room to put it back in place. The medical prescriptions are not at all understandable, very bad handwriting, they should print them! because I don't even understand it as a student. Terrible care, zero empathy and a lack of respect for patients and families.

Good morning.
I called to book an appointment for gastroenterology and they responded immediately, although they told me that they do not reserve appointments and to arrive half an hour before the indicated time to register.
I have read negative comments that there are delays in payment for consultations and exams due to lack of staff, but in my case it was so fast that I even went to pay 3 times and I had no delay.
On my second day at the clinic and so far so good.

I need to know if there is a specialist doctor on duty and they don't even answer the phone numbers, I don't know if they are outdated or simply their service is poor

Since when did Clinica Pacífico go from being the best clinic to the worst clinic?
Delay in care, long lines for payments due to lack of staff, medical staff who only take 3 minutes with a patient.

Terrible service. You have to get tickets but people go to the counter and they are served. There is no order. I stood in line for an hour, I waited sitting and without stopping to ask, only to be told that the doctor left half an hour ago, and they never told me anything. The numbers on your page do not answer them. They gave me numbers to call tomorrow because I can't pay for an appointment overnight. Sick with cough and pain, I have to come again tomorrow, how are you.

yo estoy llamando de Lima ,quiero comunicarme con el Dr. DENIS RIVERO CARDIOLOGO, es un buen especialista, atiende a mi mamita Alejandrina Sirlopu Tesen , en recepcion me dijeron que hoy estaría en la clínica , pero estoy llamando y llamando y no contestan , como siempre buenos médicos pero la administración no funciona NO CONTESTAN EL TELEFONO Y NECESITO COMUNICARME CON EL Doctor , necesito su numero telefonico por favor es mucho pedir

Día atencion es muy mala, desde las de atención al público, emergencia es pésimo parece el hospital las Mercedes, farmacia te recetan medicina de marca y te entregan genéricos facturan al seguro como si fueran de marca
