The gynecology area is terrible, they don't give you any check-ups, they treat you as if it were a state hospital, not recommended, a lot of advertising for so little.

Very bad, I lost a day of work for the neurology appointment and when I get to the clinic they tell me that the doctor is NO LONGER HERE, he came early and left early, THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE ESTABLISHED SCHEDULE AND THEY ARE NOT kind enough to call the patient and ANTICIPATE that there is no longer any attention to that specialty. The second appointment was the same, I arrived at the indicated time (I called the same day to make an appointment) and the receptionist told me that the doctor would arrive later, they didn't call me in advance either, I had to wait two hours for the doctor. BAD STAFF AND INCAPACITATED FOR PATIENTS

Uncomfortable because I pay for an operative report that supposedly takes 7 business days (M-F) but they never called me to pick it up, on the tenth day of waiting I come to ask and it is not even ready, supposedly some things need to be added, but I heard a comment that they were just making the report. If I don't come, they never give me the report, to get paid if they are good but terrible care, including the terrible care of a tall, thin obstetrician who was there for the weekend who is more despotic, she doesn't even ask what you work for so that she can give me a medical break and He says that he only gives two days because they can investigate him, when it should be given based on the situation, severity and the patient's ability to work based on his post-operative examination results. No les recomiendo la palabra clínica les queda muy grande la operación muy buena pero la atención deja mucho que desear y no es como le dicen a uno el precio de la cesárea . te dicen primero pagué 2500 y aparte en medicamentos te gastarás 315 bueno lo ví bien pero una vez q haces el pago de 2500 ahí te salen q te falta tal y tal examen y yo llevando todos mis exámenes bueno salí pagando más de 4000 soles y te llevan al cuarto piso a tu cuarto q es compartido y el lugar es muy frío la atención de las enfermeras de piso muy pésimo no descansas bien con la bulla de al costado x eso no se los recomiendo busquen otro lugar q les atiendan mejor y ya saben cuánto les va a salir el costó

Malísima! CONSULTE sicontaban con emergencia oftalmológica, me hicieron pagar y cuando ingresé el médico de turno dijo, este es campo de OFTALMOLOGIA SAQUE CITA! NO HUBO ATENCION Y SI COBRARON NUNCA MAS.

No hay médico pediatra en emergencia. No está dividido la entrada para consultas y emergencias. En el 1er piso sientes como si no les quedase espacio suficiente a pesar de eso hay 2 maquinas dispensadoras de bebidas y snacks. Hay un baño general hombres y mujeres entran al mismo😱

Esta clínica es un desastre, la cajera no sabe si tiene que cobrar para un control de glucosa, te manda a farmacia y esta persona tampoco sabe ni el precio, tiene que llamar por celular para preguntar.
Tampoco tienen especialidades, he visto que cuando vienen pacientes de emergencia los envían con ambulancia a otro lugar.report this review -
