  My family and I just recently stayed at the Royal Decameron in Rio Hato Panama. Our three day stay was terrific. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Pools and beach areas well staffed with life guards and very well organized. The food and drinks are plentiful and part of the package. Excellent all round. The check in process was a bit long but we were early so our fault. One thing we did not appreciate, in all fairness, was the marketing guys walking around in blue shirts trying to sell time share opportunities. If I am on holidays with my family I do not want to talk business at all. This practice is annoying and needs to stop for a total guest enjoyment process. I paid good money to go and enjoy myself with my family and to have guys bothering me about 2 times day, this should stop and be approached differently. But I still highly recommend. :-)

  Muy mala atencion.y mucha demora para cancelar. Despues.lo estan llamando que uno esta atrasado. Muy lenta la persona.que cobra y deberian tener 2 cajeras. Para atender clientes. Una para pagar la cuota.mensual y otra para los pagos.para reservas que demoran mucho por el papeleo.

  Oficinas amplias, a las.3pm estaban vacías, lo cual es una alternativa para hacer diligencias de pago a esta hora.

  Bueno la atención fue rápida y bastante precisa en lo que se necesitaba la muchacha en la recepción me ayudó a ubicar rápidamente lo que buscaba en el lugar

  Multi Vacation es una estafa pidiendo dinero por unas vacaciones que no te dan y diciendo que si escuchas sus productos te darán una estadía de dos noches para dos personas y tienen a personal extranjero en esas estafas cuando le dices que no están deacuerdo te tratan como basura mucho cuidado con esta empresa

  La atención no es buena, además apenas 1 persona para atender a todos los clientes. Fila de espera de 20min por una atención para el Resort.
