  DO NOT use this company, or you will be allowing them to ruin all of your renovations without having sufficient amounts of materials. My experience at Elmec has been utterly abysmal. The customer service team 1) doesn't care and 2) doesn't know what they are doing, which is a HUGE deal when your remodeling project relies on the order you purchased (which they confirmed the available quantities and timeline for) was actually never able to be fulfilled.
  
  I then contacted the "president" of Elmec "Nassim Cohen" to assist in simply fulfilling the order and file the complaints I had against the customer service team. Not once did he apologize, in fact he told me that actually elmec is "a very serious company." This man should be fired.

  Good selection of tiles etc. Only complaint is the time it took to pay for the goods and get confirmation that they received online payment before they would give us a receipt.

  After a lot of cluelessness when we would call or Whatsapp asking what day our order would actually arrive at the store, part of the order finally arrived - the floor tile we ordered.
  
  The tiles in the store appeared to be one color when we purchased them, which was the color we wanted. When we came to pick them up at the loading dock, we saw an entirely different and lighter color, although the product code was correct.
  
  When they brought a tile from our order and placed it against the one in their showroom, the ones we purchased were definitely a lighter color. It was at that time we discovered it the bigger problem.
  
  The problem was with their showroom lighting. Indoors, the tile was a medium gray - the color we needed. In natural lighting, it was not gray, it was a much lighter cream color that does not match our decor. This was very deceptive and bad for business.
  
  The order also arrived lacking the lechata we needed to go with the tile.However, the lechata we ordered was gray and would not have matched the color of the tiles that arrived. That meant trying to get a refund for it so we could purchase it elsewhere, since installation was scheduled and already behind due to waiting on the delivery. We are not sure if the cashiers are not trained to do credit card refunds or that they simply didn't want to exert themselves, but it took way too long - 30 minutes with no other customers. They finally resorted to giving us cash back claiming they could not credit the card.
  
  For the prices in this upscale store, one would expect much better customer service and appropriate showroom lighting. We will not be shopping at Elmec again.
  
  Our suggestion to those who choose to buy from this business - if you are concerned about matching colors with existing decor, take the time to have them show you the item in various types of lighting to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

  Top notch company with a huge selection of roofing, tile, kitchen plumbing fixtures and bathroom fixtures. Prices seem fair and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

  This is a supplier with excellent products and selection but be prepaired to wait. They don't stock much loscally and almost everything has to come from Panama City or Colon.
