  They have big signs with promotion prices, but the prices are not in the system. When you ask for the right price you have to wait 30 minutes...with no result. We never come back.

  Happy to see similar variety of products as the Doit stores in the city. Same prices too. Having said that you will find both quality and lesser quality brands so do a little research on the internet as not all employees know or can talk you through the products and brands. The store is big, spacious and easy to shop. Location is great, lots of parking space.

  I love it. Customer service is excellent (something difficult to find in Panama) variety of products and all you can need for repairing, building, home etc. They should have a person who speaks good English.

  I go to the Do It Center ALOT as of late, I have a few complaints about it.
  1) they have limited stock, if your looking for multiples of one thing good luck.
  2) I guess it's part of the culture here that employees are trained to follow you around and insisting to help you out, and rearranging things that you were just looking at right next to you after you were just done looking at something. If your a foreigner don't be alarmed, this has happened to me every single time I've been there. Even if your on the phone they will still interrupt you rudely to ask if you need assistance. It's not personal I guess that's just how they do things here.
  3) if you do require something they don't have there it takes like two weeks to get it.... kind of ridiculous, but being a small town I can imagine that it's one of the reasons why they keep low inventory.
  
  Over all the Do It Center was probably one of the best things that could of happened to the town of Aguadulce in respects to growth, this will stop smaller local "ferreterías" from price gouging and will require them to step their game up and evolve with the way the world is going. At the Do It Center they do have some newer things that would of been harder to find.
  
  On a good note, the windows there are probably the best quality you can get around here vs. getting them done by a local window shop since they don't seal them well. Other good things is the variety of appliances and fans and gardening stuff and tools that were not readily available here before.
