  Love copa as a airliner they actually give you full meals on a flight and wine, great hospitality, however as a employer they are terrible I went in for a interview today I found so many things wrong. First off you have to pay for training to become a flight attendant, second the salary they offer is trash it is a joke, they demand a lot of requirements such as knowing Spanish/English , pay for the cource . get through the traffic jam just to get to work (it's Panama City there are jams everywhere) wear uncomfortable executive attire. All this for crummy pay, then the recruiters told me that my Spanish is good enough that my accent is going to cost me very rude very unprofessional. If you are a expat looking for work I suggest go elsewhere.

  I was impressed by my first time experience flying Copa Airlines. It was easy to purchase my ticket to Ecuador and check-in using their website. Their staff were friendly and the in-flight meal was very good. I usually avoid eggs on planes, but their quiche was delicious. Best of all, my flight was on time.

  Last week during a visit to Panama I ended up with an air cast. That said, I was not sure how my commute back home will turn out. The good news, Copa Airlines staff made it all nice and smooth. As the counter opened, there was a wheel chair ready for me and my check in was done promptly. Without even asking, my sit was changed for a more comfortable location on both flights. They took good care of me through my connecting flight and all the way until I arrived. I just wish they had a Raleigh-Panama direct flight, that will be just perfect!
