Very bad attention from the pediatric doctor, she talks to you as if she were doing you a favor and that was not her vocation, she is uninformed and outdated about what a good pediatrician no longer recommends that should not be done with a newborn and out of Everything is so daring to say that the health of the children is not up to her or the government to pay for it or that if not why they start having children because according to her that health is given away as if that will not be paid with the taxes of the Panamanian If you have the opportunity to get treatment there, don't do it and better go somewhere else.

I only give 2 stars for the nurses who perform the vaccination. Although they took a while, at least they were kinder than the others who spend their time sitting chatting and gossiping outside the doctors' office!

Please, Madam Director of the Artemio Jaén Health Center, I ask you to please tell the staff who work in the facilities to supervise them because there are staff with very good customer service, but other minorities do the opposite; becomes bad, I think that many lack more charisma, professionalism, ethics and courtesy and, above all, being proactive in their duties.

Mr. Minister of Health, Mr. Regional Director of Panama Oeste, IN THIS HEALTH CENTER THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, I WANT TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR DENTISTRY AND I HAVE CALLED INFINITY OF TIMES AND THERE IS NO HUMAN WAY TO RECEIVE ANSWER, IT IS SUCH THE INEPTITUDE THAT YOUR STAFF YOU ARE NOT TRAINED TO ANSWER THE PHONE.
