  There, on the upper floor of the branch, the car purchase procedures are carried out with loans from them. But for some reason today, when I was there from 9 AM, I left at 11:40 AM.
  Too much time to assist me, explain and print the documents I had to sign.
  Their coordination as a bank with the staff of the car dealership is not good. That's what I could perceive. Communication is terrible. The bank does not know the meaning of customer treatment and that in this type of procedures there is no room for "I deduced that" I assumed that they explained..." when that explanation is the responsibility of the bank, because it is a clause , obligation or imposition on their part.
  The man from the car sales company does their work in terms of explaining many things. I still don't understand why today, Monday, July 24, 2023, even they in Bac have no knowledge or document of the annual payment for the new car policy, which is according to Bac what is needed to release a promise letter and I am on foot, because I made a trade in, and I still don't see the possibility of them being agile in a procedure that is easy for them and even more so in this case.
  On the other hand, the physical space on that upper floor is limited because the employees are so cornered with the client, that is, me, sitting in front of the desk, I was not comfortable because of how small it is there, when signing the documents. documents, it was so difficult for me and it is assumed that in that place the client attends to sign papers, so they must focus on making that experience, apart from the customer treatment, good.

  One of the worst attention I have ever received. Tip of the day: 1. If you don't want to be in constant fight with a bank, and receiving surcharges and surcharges, never take anything that comes from Bac. More than 2 months for 2 cards to be canceled.

  Excellent! A BAC Credomatic branch with very good staff service and has extended hours until 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and is very central.
  Your staff always has excellent service, and I hope they always do so!
  The bank offers good products and services, being one of the best in credit cards in Panama, always with good promotions!
