Worst service ever, I gave them my Iphone for fixing (that I only purchased 4 months ago)... It has been over a month now since they have the phone but still no answer, I try calling their customer service numerous times during the day but no answer, or when someone answers they are not able to help me...I seriously regret buying that Iphone from DG Sharaf, taking in consideration that Carrefour downstairs offers a much better service for same prices...
Today i bought JBL headphone and PS4 game. I was well received by a omani staff. When i go to bill the item one of the staff rush to the cash counter and completed the billing but in very very worst way . He through my credit card he through my bill he through my purchased item . I thought he did it by mistake when he thorugh my credit card first. But later he did everything in the sane way. The items about to fall and we did not pick when we show our feelings he said sorry. We pay money to get our products and when we hand over our selected items and credit card or money to them in their hand to bill and
we expect the same behaviour from them. I prefer not to go again till they change their behaviour.....
Overpriced electronics. No enough staff to help you. If you need electronics you better buy from carrefour downstairs

they are not lifting the Customer service phone no. 22060090 given in the cash memo and on net. How can I contact them? No email id. Very Poor.
