  This review is for the restaurant at Muscat Grand Mall
  Earlier used to be a good thai restaurant with authentic taste. But recently it has lost its luster. Rice used in fried rice were not Jasmin rice and were a lot sticky almost like stale rice which are re cooked, staff was busy closing rather than attending even we had to call a single available waiter asking for water and than again for glasses.
  Managment should really look into re staffing the restaurant and get thai chefs with real thai ingredients.

  Should try duck. They have a very talented chef. Sauces and side dishes are very nice. I'll try lobster next time.

  Good service and atmosphere, usually quite and mostly empty dining room. Free delivery, food is good, but not the best Thai I've had, large menu and good portions.

  Very slow service, took 1.5 to serve food and came in phases. Not recomended at all

  Extremely slow service. Kids ate next door and had the bill before our food arrived. Strange drain smell kept on coming from the kitchen. Couldn't fry an egg. Literally.

  No service at all.....I went to the walk and waited for over 45min, and not even the menu was given. Even after complaining they didn't seem to care...nor did they attempt to even serve.....and the worst part is only four tables were occupied....
  
  It's very sad when a business fails because of low moral from its staff.
  
  We eventually left without ordering...
