  Ambiance is awesome. Very nice for staying. Close to Muscat grand mall. Staff is very helpful. Cleaning is regular. Break fast in delicious. Rooms are perfect. Gym is available. Free Wi-Fi. Superb place.

  Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, clean hotel, ample parking, hi speed wifi, spacious room, good room service, average break fast buffet and food (mainly based on south Indian style) and kitchen with out any utensils.
  Hotel is in good location with plenty of food and convenience stores on walking distance.
  We enjoyed our stay and will use it again.

  Nothing extra ordinary about this hotel. Cleanliness is average. Seems to be an old property and busy that the house keeping staff probably is not able to do their job for thoroughly. The air inside the room was stale when we checked in. There are rooms with kitchen and without it. We opted for one with kitchen. Saravanabhavan vegetarian hotel is nearby, and its a convenience for those who like south Indian vegetarian food. So is a Hyderabadi restaurant named 'Hyderabadi Special Food'. The restaurant at the hotel itself is very costly. People who are looking for a 24 hour checkout need to make sure they mention that while booking the room or while checking in otherwise they may try to enforce a 12 noon checkout policy by calling you up early in the day.

  Located in the heart of al khuwair, lots of eateries outside. Good rooms and clean too. Gym well equiped. Breakfast steals the deal - great spread Conti Indian and American! Awesome beef steaks 😊
