  Wonderful decor and helpful rep. It is unfortunate that the Doha office had communication problems with the one in Muscat.

  Can be hit or miss.
  
  Can be 5 stars if assisted by the country manager, Ibrahim, or his fantastic assistant Ahmad or another agent from the Philippines (sorry forgot your name).
  
  Or can be 1 star if assisted by other agents (will not mention names) whose sole job is to sit at the front desk and do the minimum work possible with the least interest, leaving one frustrated.
