  Oman Tel is one of best telecom operator in Muscat Oman. Here working culture is different. The office timing is from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  Interior, hospitality, infrastructure is unique. In management level 50% Indians and rest Omani. Oman currency is Oman Riyal. 1 Riyal in India is 168 Rupees. Oman Tel network is very strong. For calling India Oman Tel specially designed a plan called Madhava India in 1 Riyal for 50 minutes.

  It is with deep pain and agony I am writing this message. My name is HarishKumar and I am living in Sohar. My land line number is 26947616. For last one year I was working outside Oman and hence I cancelled my internet connection and but still kept my telephone connection.
  
  I returned in September 2017 and immediately I applied for revoking my internet connection. From that date till now my issue has not been resolved. When I go to Omantel office they inform that due to system error not getting closed they unable to help me. I have registered my complaint through 1234 and Omantel website page several times but all in vain. Nothing has happened until now.
  
  I request respective authorities to help me in this issue. I am waiting for the last 3 months and nothing has happened. I have moved my accommodation but I am unable to transfer my internet connection and telephone because of this issue
