Always my favorite
Exceptional experience that must be shared with every body, specially front office. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and management are always between the staff and ready to solve any concern for the guests.they are always smiling. They during the check in was very professional on the same time very supportive. lovely lounge in terms of view, staff especially the manager very kind person. It was one of the best stays , amazing staff , the rooms are clean , it was really value for money ,we were treated in a very professional way as a family member. . We are planning for another visit to indulge our self more and more . Thank you so much

Worst place ever for an extended stay (week or longer). Terrible noise problems there. People smoke all over the hotel though it's supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The water pressures sucks butt on the 5th floor. The place is falling apart, the rooms never get cleaned properly and the management does not care about fixing things that are broken or wrong. And the wifi is the biggest joke. Stay 1 or 2 nights if you must, but for longer stays... find a better hotel. IJS

Apartments are clean and beautiful for a family to spend your of nights but Wi-Fi really sucks and there is no restaurant nearby to go for dinner. You will have to depend on Apartment restaurant.

The apartements are good, not extraordinary, but very good for the price. The real plus, without a doubt, is the manager Anu : so friendly, so helpful, full of advice which were really valuable and not tourism-crap. His advise really helped us to make the best out of our stay, which we could never have done with just a guide. I strongly recommend going there!

Right from the time we entered the place till we left, the hotel manager Mr. Anurag Mathur made us feel comfortable and at home. We wanted to make some breakfast for ourselves in the morning, for which salt/pepper was an urgent requirement. It was provided to us immediately. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a great time in Nizwa, and the experience at the hotel did nothing to spoil that feeling. Highly recommended!

Clean and the most accomodating staff. The 2 rooms apartment is very affordable which is great for the group.

This is a great place to stay before heading to an adventurous trip to the nearby tourist spots
