  The service was decent but I felt like they could have improved their communication. My car was in the shop longer than expected and I wasn't updated regularly about the delays. The repair quality was fine and my car looks better but the waiting time was frustrating. I think they need to work on keeping customers informed. Overall I would consider going back but only if they address this issue.

  Nissan Bodyshop did an excellent job with my car. After a recent storm my vehicle had several scratches and dings. They took care of it quickly and efficiently. The team was professional and friendly making the experience pleasant. They even cleaned my car inside and out which I did not expect. I feel like I received great value for my money.   I visited Nissan Bodyshop for a minor scratch and was very pleased with how they handled it. The staff was knowledgeable and guided me through my options. The repair turned out perfect and the color matched perfectly as well. They also gave me tips on how to maintain the paint which I found very helpful. My only complaint is that they could improve the waiting area as it felt a bit crowded when I was there. Other than that I was happy with the service and results.
