Zawawi is the official dealer of Mercedes in Oman. It is has a big showroom with great and professional staff,good customer services and a large variety of Mercedes cars to choose from.
They have options for brand new and pre owned cars,both in cash and installments.
You can alao book for a test drive before your purchase.
I am going to buy a c200 from them,and so far I am very pleased of their great attitude and professionalism
I strongly recommend dealing with them if you are thinking about buying a mercedes.

sadly bad service & hospitality, didn't expect that from a well known brand. plus the cost to service is insane i have "C Class" I paid 256 OMR after discount for my first service 15K. i paid more than whats listed X(

The worst service I have ever experienced, completely unacceptable and by far cannot be compared with Mercedese services provided in the US and UK. Incompetent laid back staffs.
I took my cla45 amg to the service advisor Mr Karthik Karunakaran, I was said I would be giving a total evaluation report on the car and will carry out service B which would cost over R.O 370-380 by next day evening. I was never contacted in 72 hours on calling him he said they were busy and kept convincing me that I was not the only person with car issues. I believe that they really need to work on how customers are treated and deal complaint in the most appropriate manner. I will be escalating this matter to the GM and Mercedes-Benz.
For others I have no idea how anyone else was treated as such, but for where I stand I will never return. My Father was planning to buy the new GLS but never from Zawawi Trading.

I took my brother there to get his car serviced, also talked to Service Manager and outgoing GM. They were to get back with me wrt to 360 Virtual Tours, but no straight answer. Staff were great, though I cannot compare sales people to simplest dealerships in USA (they are kind of very laid back here).

Very bad service, they dont answer the phone from morning i am calling and now its evening Yesterday the samething happen. I have given my car yesterday for service they told me you will get it today but haven't recieve any call. Always they say you will get it tomorrow and the tomorrow comes day after tomorrow. Very very bad service
