  Money focused service.
  I had a good and bad experience with the kaya skin clinic. I was hesitating as the beginning to start a treatment plan with any clinic. However, after I got a consultation from Kaya clinic’s specialist I was motivated with the promised results I got. I set very high expectations of what result I am going to get through the treatment Process I will received. I started Kind of peeling for my skin to get rid of pigmentation of the skin. I was promised to get 70% improvement.
  
  I went through a three sessions during the treatment plan. Reaching the end of the treatment process and comparing my skin condition before and after treatment gave me a very disappointed results. It was far a way from my expectations and far a way from what the kaya’s doctor has promised me.
  
  I paid a lot of money though and I was expected to be followed up by the same doctors in each session. First session And second the doctor was there but last session I didn’t see her I just got treatment by nurse only. I would say that the last session is the session where the client is looking forward to discuss the result of the treatment he / she got. However, I did set with different doctor who I have never seen before and she gave me a completely a different treatment plan from here colleague to follow up(I disregard it). Also, she didn’t know anything about my case apart from what was prescribed in my file. Even, there where no picture to compare my skin conditions before and after treatment process so that will help other doctors assess my case.
  
  Honestly, I was promised to get 70% improvement, however I believe I just got like 10% more or less.
  
  I think the clinic should work more in meeting their promises in first place before working in meeting customers expectations.
  
  And to be fair The Kaya clinic I believe has some of good talented staff like Jreel Deen (nurse) but it doesn’t have a good management.
  
  My recommendation to all new client is, don’t rush in getting treatment. I would recommend you to get more than two consultations from different clinic (cross out Kaya Clinic from your list) and compare techniques of treatment, technology that will be used in treatment process, medicine you will get, reputation of the doctor that will give you the treatment and prices. Hope this help.

  I went for skin peel no results i went again to buy whitening cream sadly its another scam third time i went for consultation with an indian doctor she was very rude with me shes says just lose weight your skin will get to normal am sure that you cannot do i felt very disrespected and completely robbed but till today the reception sends me msgs about offers once in a while calls to check if i wanted any more treatments what a shame this place

  Terrible service. Came for simple facial cleaning, but doctor recommendsr me to make peeling together with cleaning, she said it will help and I agreed. As a result they didn't make any facial cleaning (but charged for it 20 real), just remove makeup with lotion. And yes they did peeling (which burned my skin) which cost another 60 real. I came to this clinic with simple problems, but they didn't solve it, and they trie to sell for you things which you don't need just because they want to make money.

  This clinic is the worst place I've ever been ,i had appointment for the consultation,after 1 hour waiting,consultation takes less than 5 minutes and the doctor didn't explain anything and they charged me 20 RIal for doing nothing.
  And they didn't mention they would charge you!!!

  My wife went there to get consultation, the dr saw her for seconds , thats it ! And asked her to go to reception for more information! Then they charged her 20 rial for consultation !

  Im leaving you one star just because you have to treat people with equality. You didn't comment on some one that left you two stars.. If you were professional enough you would atleast ask them why their experience was average or below average rather then ignoring. Tells me you don't care or don't want to improve either
