I went to FedEx today in Sohar to post a letter to the UK the lady behind the counter basically ripped my letter open to see what was inside.
There were confidential papers inside and personal information. Her attitude was terrible and the customer service was very poor she was not helpful at all,. I have now taken my item to another mail service. I will not use FedEx or never recommend the service to anyone.

Week service from the authorized agent towards final delivery especially here in Nizwa ,, they ask the person to collect packages or items from an office instead of delivering to door ..
I wish FedEx can change this ASAP.
