  The most slowest “express” delivery ever, took 2 days to deliver an item through the Muscat, call 3 times for 3 different numbers- no reply. Shame to call yourself a DHL.

  What a disaster ! I need to call the 2 time to remind and once they arrive for pick up no envelope to seal the document and send ... try told me that they will do once in the office !!!
  Shocking reality !!!!! I need to send sensitive information/ personal information and they will do in the office ... i hope so !! Actually I chose Dhl usually the best and the most expensive!!!

  The best staff I have ever noticed in the courier business....Team you really made me feel wow & delighted today... especially the gentleman on left & the lady in center...ur smile made wonders today... I was so nervous,can't believe a courier which was supposed to have been destroyed was given to me in such a warm & helpful way...all the best

  Only 2 people working in front desk! No body answers the phone ever , very bad customer service. Average waiting time is about 1 hour

  Near the airport, far away from the main city but in a peaceful location. They have given the pricing clearly denoted by boxes to different places. The token system was effective and the waiting area was adequate to accommodate 4 people to sit well. The models of various modes of transportation was also attractive. They do provide drinking water in the waiting area. Overall good, neat, clean and tidy.

  Very poor service, lack of coordination.. Long waiting lines even after handing over your awb they will hand it in hour
  
  Advice. Never ever use this courier unless you don't really mind wasting hours of your time

  So bad delivery services. My order arrived to Muscat 3 day ago but still no cantact untill today. When i call the main office, office employees informed me it is out for delivery and he gave me mobile number of delivey employee but he niether picking the phone nor respond to messages.
