I have visited cleopatra several times and have always been satisfied with their products and services, however during my recent visit to this shop on 07.02.2019, to purchase tempered glass for my brand new iphone x, i had a very bad experience with the salesboy Mohammed Adnan from accessories department. Firstly he lied stating that they do not have tempered glass for iphone x (inspite of me repeatedly asking) which was actually available in the shop and told me only pro coat was available which i did for Omr 12.900. Even there I was not informed about the choice between matte n glossy finish. When i asked to speak to the floor manager the other staff present simply avoided to answer stating that the manager was not present. When I confronted Adnan he denied his lie and said he was talking about my other phone s9+.

I have no issue in purchasing products or services from cleopatra provided the staff are honest in their dealings with customers instead of using unfair means to get business.

I had a bad experience with them. The iPhone I bought from them stopped charging after few months. When I took it to Apple service centre, they refused to repair it because I bought from Cleopatra..
After repeated visits to the service centre inside this shop, I managed to get it repaired only to stop working all together again.
I was managed to use my phone only for 2-3 months or so all together. Then they changed the battery or something, again after repeated visits to the place from Ghubra where I stay. Now it's still not working and the shop refuse to give me a new one.
My advise to everyone is DON'T BUY IPHONE FROM THIS SHOP!
