If you want to try a real omani experience this is the place you are looking for.
Everyone has a private space where to eat, sitting on a carpet and lying on a pillow.
Food is good: you can choose between different taste menu: 5/7/10 OR and taste different omani plates!

Very drippings food with nothing to see with the real Omanis food. Horrible service, absolutly not to recommend.

Really cannot recommend. I didn't feel any spirit of Omani culture here. Food was poor in quality and didn't give a good impression of the wonderful food that Oman can offer.

It's alright for the novelty. I would not repeat. I ordered off of a 7 OMR menu. The rice was bland and the portions of fish, chicken, and lamb were very small. It was basically a sampler of cafeteria food.

Food and tea was very nice but chicken was extremely oily. Place was extremely dull due to dim lighting. They should light up to make it appear more lively.

Unappealing dishes (we took shark and some other fish for mains - both seemed to contain more onion than fish) served in damp, dark private rooms. Traditional setting with on-the-floor sitting was interesting, but that's about the only plus. Not a single local customer at the time of the visit.
