    So so bad experience I've been calling Aramex for almost three days no one even answer the phone 📱 which can of services you are given the customer. not professional so bad. Better to remove the number from the web it's useless

    Genuinely some of the slowest unresponsive staff. The service is unnecessarily slow. If only they sorted the packages in a more streamlined system they may get better. Let's hope the DHL service gets to Oman soon. Use this place only if you truly can't find any other place.

    2 year update: still the worst delivery service there is. Customer service is terrible. No delivery window given. No flexibility. Too expensive for what it is.

    I send emails and call the phone and they do not answer something, very bad service to the utmost extent, the company's management must be separated and replaced with good people who know how to respect customers

    Due to Corona, they are not letting anyone to enter inside so around 20 people are always standing in a queue outside the store in 45 degree Celsius. Wonderful experience..
    The best part is that there was only 2 employee's to handle the crowd..

    It's a bit annoying, I know it's not there mistake, but I could have been organized in a better way.. a very long queue all the way outside in the summer heat, less employees were attending. So, the management should've done something better to serve the costumers!

    They never receive phones, been trying for days in vain. It rings for many minutes then automated voice says goodbye and hang up. Who ever in charge check on this please. The reviews are more than enough for an improvement!

    Horrific customer service experience; call center useless at best, if you are lucky enough to talk to someone. All their external emails are routed to automated system so expect no reply. Don't get me wrong, you can easily communicate with them; the challenge is to have a human being communicate back. Maybe they are waiting for the pandemic to be over to resume "customer service". In short; take your business somewhere else unless you have all the time in the world.

    Service is perfect, specially shop and ship service, used about 1 year, if you need your Item so fast, ask them for pickup not delivery to your home address. Shop and Ship manager is really helpful and kind👍👍

    They sent my box to a different state under a different name although they were provided all the correct informations on the invoice. They didn't admit to the big mistake they have made and said that they have provided the correct information to the local shipping company which it was a lie. After hours and hours spent on the phone we finally got a call stating that they have retrieved the box from New York and it's on it way to me. The box is in a very bad condition and UPS refused to deliver it until they got an okay from us to do so. The box was droped to the wrong location on Jan 24th and here we are still waiting to receive it. Worst shipping company ever, very unprofessional and not trustworthy.

    Aramex Customer service in New York was not any helpful either.

    My parcel was sent to lebanon and stayed there for over a week!! I have very important things in it that i need urgently & I have called many times & each time they assure me they'll find a solution but nothing changes. I just cant believe the huge mistake, they sent it to an entirely different country! Dont trust them. Need to file a lawsuit.

    I can’t believe how terrible the service is. Their Muscat Grand Mall branch is routinely unstaffed during business hours, and they leave people’s property out in the open where anyone walking by could steal it.

    I would give this zero stars if possible. I am going to ask for a refund, because I have wasted enough of my time waiting around for Aramex to staff their locations with reliable employees.

    I successfully received the Real Madrid stuff I ordered on their online store! Thanks Aramex for that. But it was not perfect. I have to mention these for the company's improvement. First, I prefer to communicate via email but Aramex does it in facebook Messenger. This is difficult for those who have no facebook. Second, the bot in Aramex facebook page told me the parcel is ready for collection in Grand Mall branch but when I called through phone it's not there but in Al Khuwair branch. So I was forced to collect in a big & busy branch. Lessons should be learned.

    aramex in Oman is no longer accepting parcels to east Africa. they accept only documents. no valid reasons given.

    I regularly order shipments and I recieve them from Aramex. Their service is very good in Muscat. I get may shipments at home.

    this is the worst courier company here in oman.dont ever fall a victim to this company.try DHL to be sure and safe.there should be a change in the management of this company or better to close down for poor service.

    They take many days to deliver things. My things have reached at their office but they still didn't deliver its been 10 days i call them daily and they say [yes mam it will be delivered today] and then they don't deliver anything

    My best friend's wedding dress was being delivered by aramex and they said they would bring it by 23 Dec from dubai to oman but her wedding was on 21st!! When we pressurised the call center people they said ok we'll send it out tonight and you will have it by next morning. Big big big lies!! If we hadn't gone to the aramex office her wedding would of been a disaster. Thanks to Mohammad the manager in the office who promised us in 3 hours we'll hand it over to your guy in dubai. Poor customer service, they lie to you. Shameful!

    Very poor service. No commitments on delivery dates. Suggest to close this service in Oman. Advice others to go with other opinions.

    Most Pathetic service i have experienced ever. DHL & FedeX is 1000 times better than this. They kept my shipment idle more than 5 days saying that shipment is waiting for flight allocation. Oh my GOD 5 Days in a hub waiting for flight allocation :-(.. Even Customer support is also pathetic in all levels. They doesn't know where the shipment is reached and why it is kept on hold.. TO all my firends DONT USE ARAMEX..! PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE IN ALL LEVELS....!!!

    Delivery service very Verrrrry Slow service, you have to wait at least 30-40 min to recieve your order.
    If you want to send maybe u will have to sleep.

    Their customs policy is not understandable. Always they ask for 3-7 OMR customs, when I ask for the document they give just print out without stamp and signature. Also from China to Oman shipping time is 5-7 days, from Aramex-Muscat to my address in Muscat 2 or more days.

    Good to use them on small shipment or documents with max of 1 kg.
    Better to use other services when goes on more than 1 item or more than 1.5 kg. It will be cheaper especially storage service available with other couriers. But Aramex cancelled it.... I don't know why...

    Shop & ship is great service that help us to buy from outside like amazon but it's so much expensive. For the first half kg is 5.5 r.o and for the rest is 3.5 r.o . The worst thing is that they don't collect some shipments in your a dress outside and bring it as one shipment so the price will decrease . As well sometimes the shipment from the store like amazon will reach your address outside but the aramx will not send it direct I don't know why which make some delay and this can not be called express shipping. The staff in this store are helpful and friendly and they helped me to get some stuff that I've lost during shipping but the store needs to be more comfortable and more wide with more manpower because during last two years many customers are applied to get this service .
