  Small mall for those who want to buy things and get services done without windown shopping and wasting time. Is usually famous for bowling, Beauty salons, musar shops for men and shisha cafes.

  Very few businesses seem to survive in this place. I have seen so many restaurants, cafes, clothing shops and others come and go over the past decade.
  
  Even offices occupying the upper floors seldom stay. Some of them have not only moved out but have closed down.
  
  Generally, al masa mall is located in a prrfect spot of Muscat, has just enough parking, clean and of a great design.
  
  Prices are within the range of any other business centre or mall located in Shatti Al Qurum area.
  
  The selection of products and services to buy at Masa Mall remains very very limited.
  
  They have a great children barbershop in the basement.

  Mall is outdated. It needs to be renovated to put some life back in it. I would only go for the bowling alley there nothing more.

  Good location in the city, nice entertainment facilities, not bad coffee shop and restaurants and some other shops, but difficulty with the parking area

  Lots of shops for ( masar - Oman taditional clothes) you can buy and some good cafe shops and restaurants. Aslo you can plan polning
