  We were tenants with Xclusive property management for about 2 years. I have moved and rented so many times and this was the best experience so far by way of property management. They are attentive but also allow you to live in the house you rent and have it as your home making you feel relaxed. Good communication when needed and distance for you to live without a burden. We won't need their services any longer but recommend them to anyone who want well kept looked after houses, and easy going reasonable managers. The best. Thank you so much team for making our last renting experience fantastic!

  It has been an absoluut pleasure dealing with Carol and Ivan from Xclusive property management. If ever we have an investment property they would surely be on top of our list as they really do their absoluut best to ensure the properties in their care are very well looked after. Thanks again for everything you are truely amazing.

  We have been renting from Xclusive Property since 11.2014. We have never had a problem with them.

  We rented with Xclusive Property for about 6 months. Carol Champ was our primary contact point and she was a fantastic agent. From our first meeting to sign the lease we were impressed by her professionalism and touched by her warmth and kindness.
  Throughout the tenancy she was always reachable and responded promptly to emails and calls. Her professionalism extended even after the end of our tenancy, as she continued to respond to our emails and provided reference for our next agency.
  It was a true pleasure doing business with Xclusive agency.

  Myself and my partner own a cleaning company here in Christchurch and have been cleaning rentals and move out cleans for a number of years now.
  I've always put Carol and Ivan in high regards as tenets always speak highly of them professionally, easy to deal with considering whats happened with properties here in Christchurch.
  If your are looking at some one to manage your property or looking for accommodation don't look any further because I rank this company as one of the best in town.
  I highly recommend triple A.
